Offering

We help organisations ready to embrace interconnected ways of working – from initial exploration to deep transformation and ongoing community connection.

Interconnectedness isn’t a state to achieve but a dynamic to continuously navigate – requiring constant attention to what creates separation (shadows, power, triggers) while cultivating conditions for connection (slowing down, making visible, embodied presence).

We follow an experimental approach, treating practices as hypotheses to test rather than prescriptions to follow. This helps generate genuine learning about how collectives can organise from a different paradigm.

We share what we’re learning to help others come along on our journey.

Getting Started

Beginning your journey towards new ways of organising starts with mapping your current context and exploring what you understand by “interconnectedness”. We help groups:

  • Develop a shared understanding of context, power, and purpose
  • Identify areas of strength and challenge, helping you plan and prioritise
  • Co-sense what awareness and embodied experience of interconnectedness mean in your context
  • Learn foundational practices for collective intelligence you can adapt and augment

Our getting started process is collaborative and adaptive, meeting you where you are.

Building Infrastructure

We help organisations implement new ways of working, building organisational infrastructure as we go. We offer:

  • Help developing review cycles that fit your rhythm and organisational context
  • IT infrastructure, including a Notion space for sharing practices and experiences
  • Integration of the framework with existing structures and processes
  • Support for navigating and addressing challenges and resistance

Support can be short-term for specific situations or long-term for deeper transformation.

Training Programs

Our training programs build capacity for radical listening and collective intelligence, enabling deep ontological shifts. They include:

  • Foundation Training: Core concepts and practices for radical listening
  • Advanced Practices: Deepening into specific methodologies
  • Facilitation Training: Building internal capacity
  • Leadership Circles: Peer learning for organisational leaders

All trainings emphasise experiential learning and practical application.

Weaving Community

Transformation happens in relationship. This is why we help weaving community in a variety of ways:

  • Linking up with other practitioners and organisations
  • Regular community calls and gatherings
  • Shared learning resources and case studies
  • Peer mentoring and buddy systems
  • Seeking ecological and relational guidance from traditional knowledge holders and elders

Being part of a larger movement amplifies individual efforts and creates collective resilience.
